Terms of Service

By accessing or using Verbum Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, team or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Verbum Nexus provides tools for ceremony professionals to manage ceremonies, meetings, recordings, transcripts, notes, questionnaires, scripts, files, social media planning, calendar workflows, billing and team collaboration.

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where needed to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance or product quality.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly update information that becomes outdated.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for all users invited to your workspaces or teams. Team administrators control access, roles, shared content and billing actions within their workspace.

You keep ownership of content you upload, record, write, generate or store in Verbum Nexus, including ceremony data, recordings, transcripts, scripts, notes, photos, files and social media drafts.

You grant Verbum Nexus a limited license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display and create technical derivatives of your content only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights, notices, permissions and lawful bases needed to upload or process personal data about clients, guests, relatives, collaborators or other third parties.

You must not record conversations, upload recordings or process sensitive information through Verbum Nexus unless doing so is lawful in the relevant jurisdiction and appropriate for the ceremony context.

AI, transcription, translation, extraction and generation features produce draft outputs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and validating all outputs before using them professionally or publishing them.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, inappropriate or inconsistent with your intended tone. Verbum Nexus does not provide legal, tax, medical, psychological, religious or professional advice.

You must use Verbum Nexus lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or data protection rights.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, discriminatory, defamatory or intentionally harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access unauthorized data, disrupt infrastructure or test systems without permission.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code or content designed to interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service to send spam or misleading communications.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates laws, professional duties or obligations owed to your clients.

Paid plans, add-ons, credits, storage and seats are billed according to the prices and limits shown at checkout, in the product or in an agreed order.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. Cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credits, storage, seats and feature limits may depend on your plan. If payment fails, limits are exceeded or a subscription ends, we may restrict paid features, downgrade access or suspend the workspace after reasonable notice where practical.

The service integrates with third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Google, Google Gemini, xAI/Grok, Maileroo, Cloudflare and Google Cloud. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we use them as processors or integrations where needed to provide Verbum Nexus.

Verbum Nexus, including its software, design, branding, documentation and underlying technology, belongs to Verbum Nexus or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or provide access to the service except as allowed by law or by a written agreement with us.

If you receive non-public information about Verbum Nexus, our roadmap, security, pricing, technology or business operations, you must protect it and use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.

You may stop using Verbum Nexus at any time. You may also delete content or request account deletion where available.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, misuse the service or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Verbum Nexus is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, loss-free or that every output will meet your expectations.

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important content and for reviewing all ceremony, billing, calendar, social media and AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbum Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data or cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Verbum Nexus for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms as the service, law or business changes. The effective date above shows when this version applies. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
