1.Available plans

2.Credits and usage
Each plan includes a monthly credit balance. When you use actions that rely on AI in areas such as Meetings, Questionnaires, Scripts, or Social Media, that balance is updated.

3.Change plan
Go to Settings → Plans & Billing and select the plan you want. Upgrades are applied immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
When you upgrade to a higher plan, the amount is calculated on a prorated basis according to the remaining time on your current plan. That means you only pay the proportional difference between the plans and the number of days left until the next billing cycle.
4.Billing
In the same Plans & Billing area, you manage your payment method, review your invoices, and, on paid plans, access the Manage Subscription button for more detailed billing control.
5.Add-ons
If you need more credits or storage, you can purchase extras on paid plans.
- The credits you buy on this page can be used until they run out and do not expire.
- The extra GB you buy renew every month until you disable them.
