Choose the theme, gather ceremony photos, compose the caption, and export everything ready to publish.

1.What it is for

The Posts page lets you prepare all your brand-promotion posts in one place, using the memories from your ceremonies and automatically generating optimized captions for your posts.

2.Post types

After giving the post a title so you can identify it easily later in planning, you select the theme to choose the type of content you want to prepare. The available themes are Ceremony, Ritual, Preparation, and General.

This is especially useful for helping you categorize your posts: narratives about the ceremony itself, behind-the-scenes content about preparation, broader reflections about your work, or pieces centered on a specific moment or ritual.

Post creation flow with the title filled in and the Ritual theme selected.
The chosen theme guides the type of narrative you are about to build and helps you categorize your posts.

3.Caption and instructions

In the Compose Caption step, you can write the caption manually or generate a first version automatically with AI.

  1. In the same field, write instructions for the post: describe the topic, set the tone, mention words or phrases you want included, or simply leave a short note for Verbum Nexus to expand from.
  2. Click Suggest Caption.
  3. Edit the generated caption however you like.

To keep your communication consistent with your identity, it is worth keeping your Brand updated in Settings → Brand before generating captions, since that information is used as context.

4.Choose the photos

In the Visual Content step, you start by choosing the ceremony or ceremonies you want to use as a reference. From there, all the photos from that celebration become available, meaning the visual memories you stored in Files & Media inside each ceremony.

You can also upload new photos directly in this area when you are still missing an image to complete the post.

4.1.Photo order

Each selected photo is marked with a number. That number shows the order in which the images will appear in the post, and the same sequence is preserved for export.

If you want to change the order, just adjust the selection until the numbers match exactly the sequence you want.

5.Export for publishing

When the caption and photos are ready, click Export for Publishing. Verbum Nexus does three things in sequence:

  1. downloads the selected photos in a ZIP file;
  2. keeps the chosen order in the file names, with prefixes such as 01_, 02_, and 03_;
  3. copies the caption straight to your clipboard so you can paste it directly into the social platform where you are about to publish.

6.Schedule and track

If you are not publishing right away, you can define the date and time and save the post as scheduled. You can find your scheduling history by clicking View Schedule at the top of the page and also in the Calendar, which helps you spread your communication over time and stay more consistent with your posts.
