Notes

Create and organize your notes efficiently.

1.What notes are for

Notes are the most flexible space inside a ceremony. They are useful for saving quick ideas, important phrases, decisions from the couple or the family, references gathered in meetings, or any other detail.

They are also useful for storing information that reaches you asynchronously, such as ceremony details sent between meetings, messages from venue staff, notes from the photographer, or other logistical details you want to keep close at hand.

2.Create and organize notes

  1. In your ceremony, click the Notes tab.
  2. Click + New Note.
  3. Give the note a clear title so you can find it again quickly.
  4. Write freely in the Content field everything you need to save.
  5. If it makes sense, add tags to group the note topic and filter your work more easily later.

Tags help you quickly separate logistics, vows, music, suppliers, and other themes that come up during preparation.

3.When to use notes instead of other areas

  1. Use Notes when you want to record free-form information that is still rough and does not fit the structure of a form.
  2. Use Questionnaires when you want a more structured way to collect information.
  3. Use Meetings when what matters most is preserving the full conversation with participants and audio.

4.How notes help the preparation process

Notes do not live in isolation. They can support several later steps:

  • use them as context to answer the questionnaires in Questionnaires;
  • store details that arrive outside meetings, such as schedules, guidance from venue staff, planners, notes from the photographer, or last-minute changes;
  • use them as context to generate the Script;
  • keep references alongside Files & Media.

5.Next steps

  • Questionnaires — structure the information into questionnaires.
  • Script — build the final script.
  • Files & Media — store memories and important supporting documents for your ceremonies.
