Understand which actions use credits and where to check your balance.

What uses credits

Transcribing audio, suggesting questionnaire answers, generating scripts, translating scripts and suggesting captions use AI credits. Writing and editing manually do not.

Usage depends on the action and the amount of material processed. A long recording or a large set of references can use more credits than a short one. Check your actual usage instead of treating an example as a fixed price.

Check the balance

  1. Open Settings, then Plan & Billing.
  2. Open the credit details to see the balance and usage by period or action.
  3. If you need more, review the available credit purchases or plan changes before confirming payment.
