Meetings

Plan your meetings, import your conversation audio, and automatically generate transcriptions with speaker diarization.

1.Create a meeting

  1. Open a ceremony and go to Meetings & Transcriptions.
  2. Click New Meeting or Schedule Meeting.
  3. Fill in the title, date and time, duration, description, and participants.
  4. Save to create a dedicated workspace for that conversation.

2.Reuse ceremony participants

Meeting forms can reuse the participants you already defined in Ceremonies, and they can also add the celebrant or any extra participant you need. This keeps the conversation connected to the real ceremony context.

3.Record, import, or add text manually

Inside each meeting you can:

  • Record directly in the browser
  • Import Audio from an existing file
  • use Manual Transcription when you already have the text

4.Work from transcripts

Once a meeting has audio, you can transcribe one or more files. If those files are part of the same conversation, Verbum combines them into a single transcript inside that meeting.

Use meeting transcripts as working material for Notes, Questionnaires, and Scripts.
