Set up the questions
Open the ceremony's questionnaire tab. Use the sections supplied by your template, or add and adjust sections and questions. Group questions by topic or by the person who should answer.
Share with participants
- Choose Share questionnaire and select the sections to include.
- Create separate links when different people should answer different questions.
- Send each link to the intended person. Their answers are saved into the ceremony's questionnaire.
Suggest answers from existing material
- Open a section and choose the AI fill action.
- Select the notes and transcripts that are relevant to those questions, then start filling the section.
- Read each suggested answer. Open its evidence to check the source; a confidence indicator is not a guarantee of accuracy. Correct or complete the answer before using it.
Credits
Generating answers uses AI credits. Entering answers yourself does not.
