Scripts

Write, generate, and translate your ceremony script.

1.Write the script

The Celebration Script tab is where you turn all the information you have gathered so far into a script for your ceremony. This ceremony will contain different predefined moments depending on the template you chose and, from there, you can adjust titles, reorder sections, remove what does not make sense, and write your text directly.

While you write, if you click the Reference Material button, a side preview opens with everything you have already gathered in Notes, Meetings, and Questionnaires. That way, you can review the collected information without leaving the script.

Script editor with Reference Material open on the side and several sections available for writing.
The side Reference Material panel lets you review your notes, transcripts, and questionnaires without leaving the editor or losing the section you are working on.

2.Generate a script draft with AI

Hitting a creative block? It happens. When you are looking at a blank page, you can ask Verbum for a first version with AI. The generation does not start from nothing. It uses as context:

  • Transcripts from your conversations;
  • Notes you have gathered over time;
  • answers given in your Questionnaires;
  • specific information from your Brand;
  • instructions in the AI Instructions field. These instructions can be defined in Templates when they are general and reusable across all ceremonies. For example: "In the conclusion, finish with my signature phrase: 'Leave your mark on each other's lives in every moment.'"

Generate the first version and then refine it section by section, keeping what makes sense and rewriting the rest with your own sensitivity.

The AI instructions can be refined for each section before you generate the first version of your script.

3.Translate into other languages

So that no guest is left out of your ceremony, you can create versions of the same script in 7 languages available on the platform: Portuguese, English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, and Italian.

  1. Click the Translations button.
  2. Select the language you want for the translation.
  3. Click Create Translation.
  4. Edit it freely, just as you do in the original script.

If you make any change to the original script, a note appears to warn that the translated script may be outdated, so you can run the translation again and keep the full script aligned.

The translations panel shows the versions already created and lets you launch a translation into another language from the same script.

4.Preview, print, and export

Once the script is finished, you can open a preview for a cleaner reading experience. From there, it becomes easier to print, export, or copy the script into your brand template.

5.Considerations

The work of a celebrant is unique. Verbum Nexus is here to provide a smoother experience for that process so you can focus on what really matters. Even with all these supports, the ceremony is still yours. AI is only an initial aid, if you need it, to give the creative process a boost, but it does not replace your sensitivity, your understanding of people, or the emotion that only you can bring to the final text.

At Verbum Nexus, we see this generation feature purely as a starting point, not the finish line.

Note: generating the script with AI uses credits. See Credits.
